Thesis – Risk – Trigger is the decision framework Portfolio DOC uses to document every position. The Thesis explains why the position belongs in the portfolio. The Risk describes what would invalidate it. The Trigger defines the event or development that would mark that the thesis has played out, or has ended. Every recommendation is auditable, challengeable, and time-anchored — never a black box.
